Shipping & Delivery Policy

Alorah Foundation is a public charitable trust. It sells nothing. Every payment made to the Trust is a donation, not a purchase of goods or services, so nothing is shipped to a donor and there is nothing to return or exchange. This page says what a donor does receive, and when.

1. No physical goods are shipped

We do not sell or ship any product. The food, rations, school supplies, medicines and other help the Trust gives go to the people and families it serves, never to donors, and are not sold to anybody.

2. What you receive when you give

• On screen, straight away: a thank you with your Donor ID and Donation ID.
• By email: when you give online, your donation is confirmed at once and, if you asked for one, your 80G receipt follows straight away. When you pay by bank transfer or UPI to our account, we first match the payment against our bank statement, then send the receipt.
• For a monthly gift: an email before each debit, and, if you asked for 80G, one combined receipt for the year’s monthly gifts after 31 March.
• Any time: your donations and receipts, ready to download again, when you sign in at alorah.org/account or in the Alorah app.

Everything is delivered electronically, to the email address you give. No receipt or certificate is posted.

3. Exchanges

As nothing is sold, there is nothing to exchange. If a donation was made in error, our Refund & Cancellation Policy says when and how it is refunded.

4. If something does not arrive

If your receipt has not reached you, check your spam folder, sign in at alorah.org/account to download it, or write to us at support@alorah.org or on WhatsApp at +91 98038 06806 with your name and the date of your gift. We reply within 7 working days.
