What to contact us about, and where it goes fastest
I need help
Use the assistance application. It asks for what a trustee needs to act, and your documents stay private. For an emergency, a bereavement or a medical case that cannot wait, WhatsApp is faster.
I want to donate
Give on the donate section by UPI, bank transfer, card or net banking. No account is needed, and every donation is eligible for 80G.
My receipt is missing or wrong
Sign in with the email or mobile on your donation to download it again. For a correction, WhatsApp us and a trustee will reissue it.

Email us with your city and what you can offer. Field work, professional skills and quiet administrative help are all useful.

How quickly we answer
WhatsApp is read the same day. Email is usually answered within two working days. An assistance application is acknowledged when it arrives and a trustee calls once the case has been read, and applications involving a child or a hospital bill are read first. If you have not heard back in a week, send the message again rather than assuming the answer was no.
