Alorah Honours

Honours worthy of what you give

Every donor of Alorah Foundation is honoured, from the first gift to the greatest. Six titles, each with its own medal struck in the manner of the oldest honours in the world and hung on its own silk ribbon, and five honours beside them for faithfulness and for being first. Every medal carries the name Alorah Foundation on its bar.

Choose a title

The six titles

A title is reached by everything you have given in all, never by a single gift, and each one takes the place of the one before it.

Honours beside the titles

These are worn as ribbon bars beside your title, on the donor wall and on your own page.

For companies

A company giving through its CSR budget holds these instead of the six titles, with a certificate of the honour for its CSR report.

Check an honour

Every picture of a medal shared from a donor’s own page carries a check code. Enter it here to see that Alorah Foundation gave that honour, to whom and when.

How an honour is given

  • Only received gifts count. A gift counts once the trust has received and verified it. A payment that failed or was never traced never counts.
  • An honour is never taken away. Once given, it is yours for good. Only a gift that is returned to the donor takes back what it gave.
  • The donor wall shows a masked name. On the public wall the medal carries the name masked, as every name there is. Your own page shows it in full.
  • Yours to share, or not. You can save a picture of your medal from your own page and send it to anyone.
  • Never on a tax receipt. Your 80G receipt stays a plain document. Honours live on your page and on the donor wall.
